YOGI ESSENCE — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Yogi Essence, we value the commitment you make to your personal growth and to our community. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we aim to handle all cancellations and refunds with fairness and clarity.

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all Yogi Essence services, including group classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats, and online programs.


2. Regular Group Classes

  • Cancellations made at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled class will be eligible for a full refund, or the payment may be credited or transferred toward a future class.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Private Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.

4. Workshops (U.S.)

  • Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop are eligible for a full refund, credit, or transfer to another program.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable but may be eligible for a partial credit at Yogi Essence’s discretion.

5. International Workshops & Retreats (Europe)

  • Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks in advance of the start date are eligible for a full refund, credit, or transfer (minus any non-recoverable costs such as venue deposits or travel reservations).
  • Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event are non-refundable, but credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the unlikely event that Yogi Essence must cancel a retreat or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

6. Online Programs or Special Events

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of an online program or event are eligible for a refund or credit.
  • No refunds are issued once the program has begun.

7. Transfers and Credits

All approved refunds may be issued either as a credit toward a future class, workshop, or retreat or as a transfer to another participant with prior approval.
