Our system utilizes IP-tracking and concurrent session monitoring; any detected breach of this security protocol will result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice. In such case – No refunds will be issued

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRAINT

All video content, audio tracks (Not including Gurdjieff/de Hartmann original music), written “Steward’s Logs,” and proprietary methods are the sole intellectual property of Yogi Essence. Unauthorized recording, downloading, redistribution, or public performance of these materials is a violation of international copyright law and will be prosecuted.

3. NO-REFUND POLICY & TRANSFORMATION GUARANTEE

Due to the immediate digital delivery of this proprietary curriculum and the specific 90-day psychological protocol involved, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or lack of participation. By entering the course, the User acknowledges that the results are contingent upon the diligent application of the “Stewardship” principles.

4. LIABILITY RELEASE

The User acknowledges that these movements involve physical exertion. You represent that you are physically fit to perform these exercises. Yogi Essence, the sanctuary location, and the instructors are not liable for any physical injury, strain, or psychological discomfort arising from the practice of the Obligatories or Latihan.

5. AUTOMATIC TERMINATION

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, “scrape,” or distribute the course content will result in immediate legal action and permanent blacklisting from all future lineage transmissions.
