The Journey of the Class
Each 90-minute session follows a predictable, nurturing flow, ensuring a feeling of stability and allowing you to drop deeper into the practice.
Arrival & Grounding
Transitioning from the outside world. Gentle breathwork and light self-massage to establish presence and connection to the body.
Flow of Yoga & Somatic Movement
Adaptive, non-aggressive sequences blending traditional yoga with intuitive movement, focusing on joint health and functional strength.
Thematic Exploration
A conscious focus on an emotional or physiological theme (e.g., balance, courage, letting go) woven through the movement practice.
Embodied Shadow Practice
Safe, guided exploration of subconscious patterns through movement and awareness. A core component for deep, non-judgmental self-discovery.
Meditation & Integration
A restorative period of stillness and deep rest to allow the body and mind to assimilate the work done in the session.
Closing Circle
A brief, optional moment of community sharing and closing to carry the essence of the practice into the week ahead.
