We believe that movement is a laboratory for the soul. At the Laboratory, we move beyond “fitness” into Kinetic Research. Our work is rooted in the understanding that the body is governed by deep-seated habits.
We use Non-Habitual Motion to surprise the body out of its daily ruts. When the body’s mechanical rhythms are broken, the “internal chatter” of the mind finally becomes quiet, allowing for true self-discovery.
Meet Eli Pele – Lead Researcher & Founder
Originally founded as Yogi Essence, the Laboratory is the culmination of Eli’s specialized understanding of the “Three Centers”—the Moving, Emotional, and Intellectual. His mission is to provide the technical guidance necessary for participants to recalibrate their nervous systems and reclaim their attention.
