The Journey of the Class

Each 90-minute session follows a predictable, nurturing flow, ensuring a feeling of stability and allowing you to drop deeper into the practice.

Warms up and energizes the body

After a night’s rest, muscles are often stiff and rigid. A mid-morning yoga session helps to gently warm up the body, release this stiffness, and improve blood flow. The movement breaks up connective tissue “fuzz” that develops between muscles overnight, leading to greater flexibility and less pain throughout the day.

Metaboliam Boost

Yoga poses and breathing techniques that stimulate the digestive tract and regulate metabolism. Practicing on an empty or nearly empty stomach can kickstart your body’s systems, which aids in efficient calorie burning and sets a tone for healthier eating choices later in the day.

Physical Performance Improvement

Exercises for counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting. Stretching and moving exercises that help improve posture and increase circulation, preventing aches and pains later.
